2024年4月24日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定用于移动设备的有源矩阵有机发光二极管显示面板和模块及其组件（Certain Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode Display Panels and Modules for Mobile Devices, and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1351）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年1月9日作出的初裁（No.44）进行复审，复审后撤销原初裁并发回重审，原初裁内容为因申请方不满足美国宪法地位（lack of constitutional standing）而终止调查。

2023年3月22日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年3月15日作出的初裁（No.7）不予复审，即同意Mianyang BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.提出的申请，将其作为列名被告介入本案调查（intervene as a respondent）。

2023年1月27日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定用于移动设备的有源矩阵有机发光二极管显示面板和模块及其组件（Certain Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode Display Panels and Modules for Mobile Devices, and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1351）。

2022年12月28日，韩国Samsung Display Co., Ltd. of the Republic of Korea向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号9,818,803、10,854,683、7,414,599），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。
