欧盟发布水泵的生态设计要求草案

           2011年7月25日，欧盟委员会发布有关水泵生态设计要求的法规草案。草案规定了用于抽吸清水的叶片泵（包括与其它产品一体化的）投放市场的生态设计要求。依照框架指令2009/125/EC（ErP指令），不符合这些要求的产品将不允许在内部市场上市或投入服务。

          根据草案的规定，水泵的生态设计要求将分两个时间段实施：

          l       从2013年1月1日起，水泵的最低效率指标MEI≥0.10；
          l       从2014年7月1日起，水泵的最低效率指标MEI≥0.40。
         此外，草案还规定了水泵上应标注的信息要求：自2013年1月1日起，水泵的技术文件以及水泵制造商网站上应清晰地标明以下信息：
         1、最低效率指标MEI≥[x. xx]；
        信息的标准式样为“The benchmark for water pumps is MEI≥0.70”或“Benchmark MEI≥0.70”；
         2、生产日期；
         3、制造商名称或商标、商业注册号以及生产地；
         4、产品型号；
         5、带平衡叶轮[xx. xx]的液压泵效率（%）或标注[--.--]；
         6、包括水泵效率特性的泵的性能曲线；
         7、信息的标准式样：“The efficiency of a pump with a trimmed impeller is usually lower than that of a pump with the full impeller diameter. The trimming of the impeller will adapt the pump to a fixed duty point, leading to reduced energy consumption. The minimum efficiency index (MEI) is based on the full impeller diameter”；
         8、信息的标准式样：“The operation of this water pump with variable duty points may be more efficient and economic when controlled, for example, by the use of a variable speed drive that matches the pump duty to the system”；
         9、产品相关的拆解、回收或处理信息；
        10、仅设计为-10℃下使用清洁水源的水泵的信息标准式样：“Designed for use below -10°C only”；
        11、仅设计为120℃下使用清洁水源的水泵的信息标准式样：“Designed for use above 120°C only”；
        12、信息标准式样：“information on benchmark selection efficiency is available at [www.xxxxxxxxx.xxx]”；
        13、制造商网站上应提供消费者选择不同水泵类型的基准信息。
