2023年2月27日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定核心定向系统及其下游产品、组件和使用方法（Certain Core Orientation Systems, Products Containing Core Orientation Systems, Components Thereof, and Methods of Using the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1332）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年1月30日作出的初裁（No.16）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对所有列名被告的调查，并终止本案调查。

2022年10月7日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定核心定向系统及其下游产品、组件和使用方法（Certain Core Orientation Systems, Products Containing Core Orientation Systems, Components Thereof, and Methods of Using the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1332）。

2022年8月23日，美国Daedalus Prime LLC of Bronxville, New York向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号8,775,833、8,898,494、9,575,895、10,049,080、10,394,300、10,705,588），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
